De Lesfabriek

De Lesfabriek is a network of educational talent and “real teachers”. Together De Lesfabriek offer support to schools and their pupils and students. On one hand this support is given via all sorts of extra lesson programs such as (exam) training, tutoring, transfer programs, summer and spring schools. On the other hand, surprising matches are made between (new) teachers and schools.

It is De Lesfabriek’s mission for school year 2018/2019 to contribute to the following larger goals:

• Goal 1: Prevent sitting as much as possible by helping as many students as possible with the last few steps and maximise the chance that they will pass.
• Goal 2: Prevent lesson loss as much as possible by ensuring ensure that a good replacement is immediately available for every school.
• Goal 3: Reduce the teacher shortage by making excellent matches between schools and (new teachers) instead of shifting teachers.
