This privacy policy describes how we collect and process your personal data when you access our website http://www.tlr-coworking.com, including any information that you may share with us via the website when you provide your data through the forms set up for that purpose. 

When you provide us with your personal data, we inform you that our services are not directed to individuals who are not allowed to give consent according to the law. So if you send us a form, you guarantee that you have capacity to give consent.

The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U. is the entity responsible for your data (hereinafter, “we” or “our”).

2. Personal data we collect 

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) defines personal data as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, that is, any information that makes it possible to identify a person. This does not, therefore, include the processing of anonymous information, including for statistical purposes. 

The personal data that could be directly collected from the applicant will be managed confidentially and will be incorporated to the corresponding activities of the processing, owned by The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U.

On our website, we can process certain types of personal data, that can include:

• identity data: name, surname, photography, ID number
• personal data: birth date
• contact data: email, telephone number and address
• profile date: user name, password

We do not collect any data related to special categories of personal data (those ones revealing your ethnic or racial origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs, information related to your health, or genetic or biometric data).

In case this happens, we will try to state the reasons for our decision, but we cannot promise to do that in all cases.

Purpose: We will only use your personal data for the purposes we collect it for, unless we consider it reasonable to use it for other reasons, notifying you previously so that you are informed about the legal reasons of its processing, and as long as the purpose is compatible with the original purpose.  

5. How long do we retain your data?

We will retain your data to the extent necessary to comply with the purpose for which it was collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that could derive from that purpose and from the processing of your data. We will apply the conditions outlined in the different regulations regarding the period of data conservation, meant to be applied in such cases.

6. Minors

The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U. doesn’t authorise minors younger than 14 years old to provide their personal data via the ways of communication this website offers (service request forms, contact forms or email). Therefore, it’s every user’s responsibility to guarantee their minimum legal age (older than 14 years) when providing their personal data via the channels previously mentioned and, that way, exempt The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U. from any responsibility of not being compliant with that requirement.

If your child, aged younger than 14 years, has provided personal información to The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U., please get in touch to exercise your applicable rights.

In such cases, where services offered by The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U. target minors under 14, authorisation from the minor’s legal tutors will be request.

7. Exercising your data protection rights

Complain before the Spanish Data Protection Agency: in case you consider that there is a problem with the way in which The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U. is processing your data, you can address your claims to the corresponding Supervisory Authority, being in Spain: Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

We will request specific information about yourself that allows us to confirm your identity and guarantee your right to access your personal data (or exercise any other of the rights mentioned previously). This is a security measure to guarantee that personal data is not revealed to any other person with no rights to access it. 

All requests will be responded in the legal term of one month. However, it can take more than one month to deal with your request if this request is particularly complex. In this case, we will notify you and we will keep you updated.

We have implemented appropriate security measures to prevent the accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure of personal data. Besides, we restrict the access to your personal data to those employees, contractors and other third-parties, who have a commercial need of knowing this data. They will only process your personal data according to our instructions and they will adhere to their duty of confidentiality. 

We have implemented procedures to deal with any suspicion of violation of your personal data and we will notify you and the supervisory authority, as it is regulated in the articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR, in case that a personal data breach would happen.

The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U., es el responsable de sus datos (en adelante nosotros o nuestro).

2. ¿Qué datos recopilamos? 

El Reglamento General de Protección de Datos, define los datos personales como toda información sobre una persona física identificada o identificable, es decir cualquier información capaz de identificar a una persona. Esto no incluiría los datos anónimos, ni porcentuales. 

Los datos de carácter personal que se pudieran recabar directamente del interesado, serán tratados de forma confidencial y quedarán incorporados a las correspondientes actividades del tratamiento, titularidad de The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U.

En nuestra web podemos procesar ciertos tipos de datos personales, que podrán incluir:

5. ¿Durante cuánto tiempo conservaremos sus datos?

Se conservarán durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir con la finalidad para la que se recabaron y para determinar las posibles responsabilidades que se pudieran derivar de dicha finalidad y del tratamiento de los datos. Será de aplicación lo dispuesto en las diferentes normativas respecto al plazo de conservación, en lo que resulte de aplicación al presente tratamiento.

6. Menores de edad

The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U. no autoriza a los/las menores de 14 años a facilitar sus datos personales a través de los medios habilitados en este sitio web (cumplimentación de los formularios web para la solicitud de servicios, de contacto o mediante el envío de correos electrónicos). Por tanto, las personas que faciliten datos personales utilizando dichos medios manifiestan formalmente ser mayores de 14 años quedando The Living Room Coworking, S.L.U. eximido de cualquier responsabilidad por el incumplimiento de este requisito.

• Asesores profesionales que incluyen abogados, auditores y aseguradores que brindan servicios de consultoría bancarios, legales, de seguros y de contabilidad

Todos los encargados de tratamiento a quienes transferimos sus datos respetaran la seguridad de sus datos personales y los tratarán de acuerdo al RGPD. 

Sólo permitimos que dichos encargados traten sus datos para fines determinados y de conformidad con nuestras instrucciones. 9. Seguridad de Datos

Hemos implementado las medidas de seguridad adecuadas para evitar que sus datos personales se pierdan accidentalmente, se usen o accedan de forma no autorizada, se modifiquen o divulguen.
