There is no knowing TLR without knowing Valeria. As our most experienced community manager, Vale is the social glue holding our coworking family together. Originally from Rosario in Argentina, Valeria is a trained immunohematologist and a passionate yoga teacher. As a bar manager in New Zealand Valeria’s learnt creating an enjoyable and welcoming vibe without being shy to lay down community-reinforcing ground rules whenever needed.
Carmen, an authentic Malagueña and ex podcast producer of The ЯeverseCa$t, is the personification of humbleness. Her genuine interest for and care about others have led the trained journalist to engage in European voluntary services and local initiatives helping underprivileged families and teenagers. With such a big heart at the bottom of everything she does, never doubt, that with Carmen TLR Family members are in good hands.
Héctor, yet another Rosarino (Argentina) on the TLR Team, always has an open ear for every TLR member. His genuine curiosity and honest care have converted Héctor into the irreplaceable, beloved member of our community management team he is today. Under his belt Héctor carries years of experience in journalism, insurance sales and real estate. With his very own professional racket, he’s always ready to give you a challenging time on our ping pong.
Logan is often the reason for the first big smile on our members’ faces in the early morning. Wiggling his tail Logan welcomes anyone walking through the door. Always looking for a play mate he oftentimes simply rolls upside down in front of you hoping for belly rubs. He usually doesn’t have to wait very long. Since Logan was adopted by our dear Ben and his wife Gema, he has become a member, who is often greeted by others way before they would even look at his owners.
Even before TLR was officially born as Málaga’s 1st international coworking space, Carlos was around, sharing an office with us. Who better than our very first in-house graphic designer to shape the TLR brand? Deeply passionate about anything related to design, the former boxer loves challenges and tragic stories. Deep down Carlos would have loved to be a tattooist; one who firmly believes that Johnny Cash is God and his words are the law.
With professional and educational backgrounds rooted in journalism, Kelly works as a freelance writer – crafting tech content, marketing pieces, social media texts, and newspaper articles for, among others, our Instagram and Facebook as well as our blog. Originally from Kilkenny, Ireland but currently living in Málaga, Kelly loves trotting around the globe, documenting her many weird and wonderful adventures on her Instagram and TikTok
Adriana makes sure that none of the beautiful moments created at TLR will be forgotten. As our photographer she captures the big smiles, the heart-felt laughs and the genuine hugs at our community events. Her strategic design and visual content creation skills come to full fruition working as a graphic designer at Mouseflow. Adri blends creativity with a technical approach, striving to create impactful designs backed by research and measurable results.
Bringing real plants into our coworking space has made our space even cosier; more like a real home. We owe it all to our in-house gardener Sonja, a trained Ayurvedic consultant, qualified Kundalini and Hatha yoga teacher, as well as a Reiki practitioner, and a qualified life coach and mentor. Sonja has since launched a plant leasing service to make it super easy for anyone to bring natural plants into any space without worrying about keeping them alive. She’ll do it for you.
During his early days working from our space as a young graphic design intern, the talented Italian developed our first website. Today Michele is an accomplished professional, co-founder and Chief Digital Officer at the agency Sextaplanta. Despite his admirable achievements, Michele has never abandoned this beautiful journey we started together back in 2015 and is maintaining and improving our online presence up to this day.
Ken organises trial days depending on our space’s availability, never forgets a member’s birthday, onboards new joiners and helps organise events. Even though Ken works harder than anybody else, he can never get a thank you hug from our members, because Ken’s a bot. Such a valuable bot, taking on all the boring admin work, which has converted the world’s fastest community manager into one of our most beloved team members. That’s why we even created this AI-generated profile picture for Ken.
Back in 2015 the young Austrian decided to break out of the corporate hamster wheel to pursue the dream of running his own business. He only knew that he wouldn’t want to work alone from home, which led him to share a workspace. His entrepreneurial mind has led Ben to co-founding TLR Coworking. As our CEO, Ben and his engaging, motivating and positive mindset cultivate a safe and inclusive space for all members to share, thrive and laugh together.
