The Living Room Coworking invites all hard-working freelancers, entrepreneurs and digital nomads to Málaga for some energy-refilling workation. From business owner to business owner, we all need sunshine, creative venues and well connected people around us to grow, don’t we?
Permit yourself the local experience of living in a lovely flat, shared with even lovelier people or on our own.
You’ll be right in the city center with shops, bars, restaurants, public transport and your coworking space in walking distance.
At The Living Room Coworking you will be able to tap into a community of over 150 freelancers, entrepreneurs and digital nomads from over 30 different countries working in all sort of disciplines.
Back home you’ll find the beach close by your flat. Loads of restaurants and bars serve nice fish and seafood.
Coworking space & flat
You can count on the following being available and included with your private room in a shared flat: WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning of common areas (but please clean up after yourself), bed linen, hangers, washing machine, TV & iron. In an apartment, which you’ll have fully to yourself, the exact same amenities are included, just the cleaning isn’t. Instead we’ll provide you with a contact to hire a cleaner, if you wish.

Shared or individual: Through our network of accommodation partners we’ll find the best fit for you, whether you’re after a room or an apartment.
Location: Depending on the dates of your stay, we’ll find an available room or apartment for you in the city center of Málaga. You’ll always live in about 20 minutes walking distance to TLR Coworking max.
House rules: No indoor smoking, no pets and – in shared apartments – respect your flatmates, clean up after yourself, invite visitors, but no sleep-overs.
Conditions: Minimum stay of 30 days, flexible check-in / -out, cancelation free of charge up to 21 days before the check-in date, afterwards no refund, security deposit applies.

In our large TLR Family of more than 150 professionals from all sectors and more than 30 countries, you will meet new clients, business partners, collaborators, suppliers, friends or even your next partner. Our community events are the best opportunity to network and create meaningful synergies that will help you grow both professionally and personally.
Phone booths & meeting room
You’ll have free access to 5 phone booths; first-come, first-served is the motto here. On top, you can book our meeting room at no additional charge.
Chat with other members on relaxing sofas, read a book from a bean bag, play a match of ping pong, park your bike or work in the sun. In other words, just feel like at home … as if you were in your own living room or on your own terrace.
Specialty coffee
We still aren’t sure whether coffee comes before WiFi or the other way around. One way or the other, at TLR Coworking you’ll find Colombian specialty coffee from our friends at Santa Coffee, freshly roasted just around the corner from us. You can make as much coffee as your body is asking for free-of-charge with our professional espresso machine.
The kitchen is the social center of any party and – how could it be any different? – any coworking space. For you to fully enjoy your take-away or self-made food in great company, we take care of all the small details, including uncountable spices, healthy oatmilk, Spanish olive oil and much more.
The ultimate TLR Family App
You’ll have access to our mobile app to find talent within the TLR Family, book your favourite desk or meeting room and download your invoices. Join the WhatsApp groups according to your interests and strengthen your bonds within our community.
Mail & parcel drop-off
Isn’t it a hassle to plan your days around a messenger’s schedule? As a TLR member you can use our address alongside your own name on your next Amazon order and we will receive it for you.
All the office basics
At TLR Coworking we don’t lead with the basics, but just in case you had any doubts: At our space you’ll find all the amenities of a regular office. Our reliable mesh WiFi is strong throughout the space, also on our rooftop terrace, and you can use our community printer and scanner free-of-charge for your occasional non-digital needs. Regular cleaning and 3-layered toilette paper don’t leave anything to wish for.
Cold Plunge
Nothing clears your mind like breathing and ice bathing to active your laser-focus for the day ahead. With our optional cold plunge add-on you get access to TLR’s distinct wellness area on our rooftop terrace. Whether you already have your own practice or need guidance to get started, you’ll be in best hands since our very own Ben – one of TLR’s co-founders – happens to be a certified Wim Hof Method instructor.
