The Living Room Coworking invites all hard working entrepreneurs and digital nomads to Málaga for some energy-refilling workation. From entrepreneur to entrepreneur, we all need sunshine, creative venues and well connected people around us to grow, don’t we?

Permit yourself the local experience of living in a lovely flat, shared with even lovelier people.

You’ll be right in the city center with shops, bars, restaurants, public transport and your coworking space in walking distance.

At The Living Room Coworking you will tap into a community of over 150 freelancers, entrepreneurs and digital nomads from over 30 different countries working in all sort of disciplines.

Back home you’ll find the beach close by your flat. Loads of restaurants and bars serve nice fish and seafood.

Coworking Space and Flat

Those things are included with your private room in a shared flat: WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, cleaning of common areas (but please clean up after yourself), bed linen, hangers, washing machine, TV, iron.

More about your flat:

Location: Depending on the dates of your stay, we’ll find an available room for you in a shared apartment in the city center of Málaga. All flats are in about 20 minutes walking distance to TLR Coworking.

House Rules: respect your flat mates, clean up after yourself, no pets, no indoor smoking, visitors yes but no sleep-overs.

Conditions: Flexible check-in / -out, cancelation free of charge up to 21 days before the check-in date, afterwards no refund.

The Space

Since 2015 The Living Room forms part of Málaga’s artistic neighbourhood, also known as Soho. On and from your way to the coworking space you are surrounded by impressive graffiti art works and small local businesses of all kind.

Kitchen & Coffee Corner

People tend to bring in food, home-made or take-away, and enjoy it together whilst having a good laugh. Special Columbian coffee is provided from our friends at Santa Canela.

Lounge and Rooftop Area

Chat with others on relaxing sofas, read a book from a bean bag, play a match of ping pong, park your bike or work in the sun. In other words, just feel like home, like in your living room or on your terrace.

24/7 Access

Our spacious desks, voice and video conferencing areas, and a fast internet connection are available 24/7 (after a short trial period) in a professional, but not too corporate coworking environment. Our alarm system brings the needed security to the space and your equipment.
