Early morning yoga classes at TLR Coworking

Yoga & Pilates

Bright and early in the morning we kick-off our days with a guided yoga or pilates class. It doesn’t matter whether you have never tried or practise regularly. Anybody is welcome to wake up our bodies through conscious movement.

Breathing Meditation

Once you learn to control your breath, it feels like you found the steering wheel of your brain, emotions and feelings. Through the simple, yet powerful, act of breathing we reconnect and calibrate ourselves in a guided weekly session.

Cold Plunge

Once per week our community of cold enthusiasts comes together for a focus-enhancing ice bath. In a guided session, after some revitalising breathwork and yoga-inspired stretching, we jointly start the day with healthy cold exposure.

Unguided cold plunges for your wellbeing at TLR Coworking

Self-guided access

Once you’ve participated in enough Cold Plunge sessions to safely develop your own practise, you can use TLR’s ice bath on your own terms unlimitedly. Our chiller-operated barrel is always filled with ice cold water for you to enjoy.

We like to keep things simple! Whether you want to move, breathe, plunge or a little bit of everything, with our flexible Wellbeing Pass you get a bundle of sessions, which you can use up in whatever way your body asks you to.

0€ for your first trial as an active TLR member
25€ for a one-off session
100€ for 5 sessions (valid for 3 months)
175€ for 10 sessions (valid for 6 months)
300€ for 20 sessions (valid for 1 year)

Active TLR members get a free trial for each activity. Try them all first, then go for your pass.

Dan Beere

Certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healing Facilitator

After completing the 75-hour Jivamukti teacher training, Dan began sharing their Spiritual Warrior sequence, a dynamic practice that unites movement, devotion and breath. He is also a sound healing facilitator having trained with The Medicine of Sound, weaving ancient instruments into his classes. As one half of Nada Yoga Málaga and TLR Family member – now also part of the TLR wellness tribe – his practices help us feel balanced, happy and free. Loka Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu.

Certified Instructor for Cold Exposure and Breathwork

“How deep can I go with my breath? What can the ice teach me? Are my breath and the cold doors to my own mind?” Since Ben first participated in a yoga, breathwork and ice bathing retreat back in December 2023, he’s been chasing answers to these questions. Today, during his workshops and activities as a certified instructor, Ben shares practical, hands-on insights with you inspired by ancestral ways, which can help you lead a life in better connection with yourself.

    Currently we offer Breathwork & Ice Bathing on Thursdays (9-10:30am) and Jivamukti Yoga on Wednesdays (8-9am).

    The important small print

    • Even though this is truly great stuff, it’s not without risk, just like any physical activity. That’s why we’ll ask any participants to sign a health declaration and responsibility waiver.

     

    • Cold Plunge & Breathing Meditation: If you’re currently pregnant, suffer from epilepsy or Raynaud’s disease type 2 you must not participate in these sessions for health-related safety reasons. In case of cardiovascular conditions or any other health-related concerns, we always encourage you to get clearance from your general  practitioner first.
    • Whether you’re 100% healthy or on your way to get there, don’t forget: listen to your body and never force.

     

    • Free trial sessions and self-guided access for cold plunges are only available for active TLR members.

     

    • Whilst our Wellbeing Passes are personal and non-transferable, you are welcome to bring along friends or family at the above indicated one-off rate.

     

    • All above prices include VAT.
